Complete Instruction Manual

TecNec presents the ultimate state of the art video cassette duplication systems. The kits are a complete turnkey system inclusive of all materials and equipment required to build a 20 or 100 VTR rack with master control remote and complete ON-LINE QUALITY CONTROL: when your cassettes are ejected from the VTRs they are ready to ship. The system provides for easy assembly and single operator control of all VTR and source machine functions. The system is shipped with complete diagrams of the rack system, the master console layout and the dupe rack layout. CAD drawings will outline the entire process. An instructional video cassette is provided to instruct in the assembly process.

Centered around the panasonic pro-line of professional duplicator series VHS VTRs, the TecNec duplication systems are efficient, high quality and well designed for both the first time duplicator or as an upgraded addition to an existing dupe system. With our system you can control separate banks of 20 VTRs each in any configuration required.

Remote control is full function from our MRM-20 controlling each VTR separately via IFR cables (cable pack IRCAB DUPE20), which deliver IR signals to each VTR.

Quality Control is simple and foolproof using the Ocean Matrix 24X1 passive audio/video switchers. The system feeds the outputs of all VTRs to a single monitor and the Ocean Matrix MONITAUR for verification of signals on the recorder tape.

The TecNec duplication systems are designed as TURNKEY systems. However, should your require a custom design dupe system or require that our systems add to an existing system, then you can call our engineering department for consultation. Master Decks and tape are not included and may be purchased separately.
