The Rattler mini 1.5Gbps HD/SDI Fiber Modules from Telecast Fiber Systems are a great fiber transport product, and very identifiable in the field as a Telecast, Engineers at TV stations world-wide should buy at least one pair out of their maintenance budget just to cover that longer run!

The Rattler TX accepts a 75ohm coaxial input up to 1.5Gb/s and converts it into an optical stream via a standard ST connector. The RX unit reconverts the uncompressed signal back to a BNC video output. You can now transport that HD signal for up to 30km's! (19 Miles)
