The Kramer VS-4x4YCxl is a true 4 x 4 matrix switcher for s-Video signals and balanced stereo audio signals. The high quality VS-4x4YCxl lets you simultaneously route any or all of the 4 inputs to any or all of the 4 outputs. It features video bandwidth of 75MHz to ensure transparent video performance; and has easy-to-connect, detachable terminal block connectors for the audio signals. Inputs and outputs are DC coupled. The VS-4x4YCxl produces glitch-free transitions when sources share a common reference sync, as switching occurs during the vertical interval. The VS-4x4YCxl also includes: audio-follow-video and breakaway options; the storing and recalling of setups; and gain control for all inputs and all outputs. The VS-4x4YCxl can be controlled via the front panel buttons; the infra-red remote control transmitter; and via RS-485 or RS-232 serial commands transmitted by a touch screen system, PC, or other serial controller. The VS-4x4YCxl is housed in a 19" 1U rack-mountable enclosure, and is fed from a 100-240 VAC, 50/60Hz switching power supply.
