The studio part of the trailer is a generous 14 feet deep and built with a sound isolated wall system.
A soundproof inner wall with acoustic door with separate noise isolated glass window separates the control room part of the trailer for engineering usage. A six foot console with upper and lower 19” equipment racks makes for efficient space for the engineer and a producer. An I/O door behind the lower racks feeds cables to the outside of the rig as well as provide rear access to the rack.
The studio wall has an I/O panel for routing connections in and out of the broadcast booth. The unit contains heat and air conditioning by way of a split system where the compressor is located outside the trailer over the tongue so there is no noise in the studio to interfere with production. Dual 9,000 btu air conditioning units provide cooling in studio and control room.
The studio can be set up for video production with cameras, lighting and other gear for talk shows and other creative programming. We recommend fixed or robotic cameras and lighting. Clients may want to add chroma backgrounds for creative applications.
The unit is good looking and professionally built for the broadcast industry in our fabrication department.
Trailers save you thousands of dollars compared to the cost of motor home models, vans and OB trucks that require costly yearly maintenance and never seem to want to start when you need them.
