We now offer an 'off-the-shelf' rack ready 20 foot x 8.5 foot
(24 foot model also available) deluxe professional video and audio production trailer with a ceiling height of 6'6". It's a modern fully equipped outside broadcast (OB) vehicle fully heated and air conditioned and pre-wired with heavy duty AC wiring.
The production trailer has a professional all white exterior and looks great parked outside or inside an arena, corporate meetings, media tours, DVD production, webcasts, downstreaming, religious programming, or news/sports events. Also provides a low cost portable inside control room for professionals who need a quick and economical solution for broadcast and cable productions close to the TV/shooting set. The cut/directing can be done simultaneously to the footage, needed for live transmissions or useful to minimize post production costs. Also ideally suited for TV studios and stations with a limited budget.
Five, six foot high 19" racks comprise the monitor-equipment wall. A laminated 8 foot wide adjustable console sits in front of the rack wall for your switcher.
The interior of the production trailer is carpeted and finished in a no-glare medium grey high tech acoustic control fabric. The cabin air conditioned for your comfort. The trailer is fully wired for AC shore power. Stylish interior lighting. Outside quartz task lighting.
A 4 foot deep work room is accessed by twin swing-out doors on the rear. This is also where you access the rear of your rack wall. A full size AC breaker box controls the trailers 110A wiring.
The trailer size is perfect with it's extended 6'6" ceiling height. The extended 8.5 ft. width gives the user a true 8 ft. interior width. There is a 36" wide passenger door on the curb side of the unit and twin swing out doors on the rear for access to the lockable storage/back of the rack room.
Other production features include 3 cable feed-thru hatch doors plus a full audio, video, CAT5 and telco I/O panel outside hatch door featuring Canare and Neutrik connectors for quick and efficient interfacing.
Trailers save you thousands of dollars compared to the cost of motor home models, vans and OB trucks that require costly yearly maintenance and never seem to want to start when you need them. Trailers can also be pulled by many different tow vehicles thus freeing up the tow vehicle for other assignments after the production trailer has been placed.
