Wow....what great service. I found the item I wanted on Markertek's web site (even though another contact said it was no longer available from the manufacturer). I ordered it via internet early afternoon Wednesday and actually had it shipped to me from the manufacturer and in my hands 2 mornings later. Fantastic! |

I am quite impressed! I have an account with another major area supplier. I called them to place an order. They put me on hold for so long, that I hung up the phone and called you. In about the same amount of time that I had been on hold with that other supplier, a representative from Markertek answered the phone, created an account for me, located and ordered the part I needed, and confirmed billing and shipping information for next day delivery! I like your website. It is a fast connection and easy to use. I also like the way you have your
mail order catalog. The images of the products does influence my choice of
purchasing from you. There are other catalogs I have but their lack of
product images makes me wary of purchasing because I may not quite be

I just wanted to let you know, for the record, just why I LOVE
Markertek. I'm sure you hear (ad nauseum) from every whiner who ever had a
problem with an order... but I figured it was worth my time to let you know
that you're doing just about everything RIGHT.
1) Your selection of IN STOCK items is incredible. Only rarely is one of my
"staples" out of stock... and even the bizzare, esoteric stuff is usually
available in a few days...
2) Your automated web ordering is a) fast b) easy c) accurate , and your
web site DOESN'T do what a vacuum does... unlike many of your competitors
3) VALUE! Price + Service + Quality merchandise x (time savings) = value.
For my clients and myself. Your low prices for quality stuff allow me to
goose my margin, without looking like I'm marking up "excessively". My
clients get quality, FAST, at a reasonable price...
and I can still make a few bucks on the deal.
4) Your Upstate NY Warehouse means I can get my stuff Next Day, for the cost
of Ground Shipping. And I usually get my shipment before I even get the
confirmation e-mail!
I've been a markertek customer for nearly ten years now... and you have yet
to let me down. You've always come through in a pinch, and I appreciate
that. As a "Little Guy" in the Broadcast business, I cannot tell you how
much it means to me to be served as though I were an ABC, CNN, or Clear
Channel...even when my total volume is 1/1,000,000 of what they may be
doing.
And yes, you may feel free to use this letter in part, or in whole, to
promote the heck out of yourselves! You deserve it.
