The Matthews Studio Equipment 350602-3 12" MICROgrip Rod is a rod that has a 1/4"-20 Male to 1/4"-20 Female ends. This is often used for tabletop and product photography. Many of the products can easily attach itself to the MICROgrip head, which provides all features of its 2-1/2" counterpart in a smaller form factor. There are five 3/8"-16 and five 1/4"-20 threaded rods each of which can be joined with their matching thread size to create various lengths.
