    CSS-50 - Overview

Wide Stereo, Stereo and Mono, Three Mode Operation Shotgun Microphone
Thanks to original thin square capsule design, capsules can be installed in a short acoustic tube, maintaining basic shotgun performance equivalent to the CSS-5 in 215mm length compact body.

Newly designed high-performance electret condenser capsules is adopted, providing equivalent frequency response, sensitivity and noise level to DC-biased capsules.

Adopting X-Y stereo method, featuring precise localization effect and less wind/vibration noises.

    Selectable three distinct operation modes:
    MONO: Offers sharp shotgun directivity.
    NORMAl: Provides precise stereo localization.
