How Does it Work?
The Sescom Wraith employs discrete JFET transistors combined with 48v phantom power to strengthen your audio with character and tone for a lift typical mic preamps can't touch. The unit goes directly inline with your XLR cable path making implementation a breeze. The Wraith is also a great solution for maintaining quality sound over long cable runs. Note: Phantom power does not pass to the mic side of the WRAITH so the mic will not see phantom power. To use the Wraith with a condenser microphone you will need an inline phantom power supply like the SESCOM SES-IL-PPI.
