The case body is padded with high-density 1-inch foam, and the bottom panel is reinforced with 8mm hollow-core plastic and an extra layer of foam for impact protection. The exterior base features anti-skid Slip-Not fabric, helping resist water, dirt, and grime in rugged shooting environments.
A protective Cordura flap covers the main zipper, helping prevent water intrusion and zipper wear. Reverse-facing zippers reduce snagging and extend lifespan. All seams are double-stitched with high-quality bonded thread, and exposed thread ends are burned to prevent fraying.
