Don't drain your camera battery with power hungry camera accessories. Instead, mount any L-Series (NP-F Type) battery to the 3-Way Power Shoe Adapater to provide 12V/12W dedicated power for battery hungy on-board accessories such as lights, monitors, wireless receivers / transmitters, etc.
