Techflex Flexo NSN1.25BK is a 200 foot spool of non-skid, cut and abrasion resistant cable tubing in black. Braided with a high-friction polymer combined with standard Techflex PET it increases safety on smooth floors and expands up to 150%. Non-Skid is engineered primarily for wire and cable management on smooth floor areas such as photo, film, and TV studios where cable snakes, high foot traffic, and low light combine to create a slipping hazard.
As long as there's no excessive pressure on the cables protected with Non-Skid, the entire snake glides easily and quietly along the floor. When local pressure is applied, such as when someone steps on the cable, the high friction material comes in contact with the floor and reduces the possibility of the cable sliding out from underfoot. Non-Skid is substantially less "slippery" than the regular PET, yet provides the same level of flexibility and protection from cable wear and abrasion.
