The teleprompter features 65/35 reflective glass, which makes the reflection easier to see for the presenter. The lightweight aluminum teleprompter has multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting to a tripod or pedestal. The widescreen monitor includes SDI, HDMI, and VGA video inputs. Its high-brightness screen ensures clear visibility in any lighting condition. An intuitive image-flip button allows easy adjustment of the display orientation.
PTZ Teleprompting
The Ikan PTZ Teleprompter system is a unique PTZ teleprompting system that enables the PTZ camera’s pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities while still behind the reflective teleprompter glass. You can easily pan the camera between multiple people reading from the same script.
Fully Enclosed PTZ Hood
The PTZ teleprompter features a lightweight hood that fully encloses the PTZ camera, which allows its movement to remain unconstrained. The hood includes a rear opening that gives you quick access to the PTZ camera's inputs and outputs. The opening can be closed with a drawstring, which removes the possibility of any light leaks.
Widescreen Talent Monitor
The 21-inch Widescreen Talent Monitor is designed to attach below the teleprompter, enabling on-screen talent to see their presentations live. The monitor features 3G-SDI, HDMI, and VGA inputs. The native resolution is 1920 x 1080 HD, and the max brightness is 1000 nits. The OSD adjustment menu allows adjustment for contrast, brightness, backlight, tint, chroma, and sharpness. You can also adjust the intensity of each RGB color channel. Aspect ratio can be set to 16:9, 4:3, full, or automatically detected and set accordingly. When plugged into a compatible video switcher, the talent monitor uses a red/green tally light to indicate when your camera is live.
Rolling Hard Case
The rolling hard case is designed to accommodate the full teleprompter system, including the teleprompter base, risers, hoods, glass, monitors, and power supplies. The Injection Molded Mil-Standard Waterproof Case is crafted from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. This case features a gasket-sealed, water- and dust-tight design, ensuring submersion and compliance with MIL-STD 810H. It is designed to withstand corrosion and impact damage.
