The Fiber Trainer Consumable Kit SPC01 items are used in conjunction with the Fiber Trainer, providing the necessary cables, cleaning supplies and supplementary items to perform the experiments during the hands on portion of the learning modules.
Note that each Fiber Trainer requires one Consumable Kit.
The Tempo Communications SPC01 Fiber Consumable Kit contains all items that are required to complete the learning components from the Fiber Trainer. The SPC01 kit contents include all fiber optic cables and connectors used to interface the Fiber Trainer to the test instruments such as the OTDR and loss testers, and for use in the fusion splicing exercises. Cleaning swabs, fluid and wipes are included to clean the fusion splicer and to prepare the fiber for fusion splicing. Replacement pigtails are included to replenish Reel 1 and Reel 2 that are used during fusion splicing exercises. One SPC01 needs to be purchased with each Fiber Trainer.
The SPC01 can also be subsequently purchased to replenish items that were consumed during the training exercises.
