The TASCAM story begins with TEAC Corporation, founded in 1953 by brothers Katsuma and Tomoma Tani, both audio engineers. TASCAM and Dante Control
Dante Audio Networking gear is the first choice for modern production and audio experts. TASCAM creates professional Dante-focused converters designed to insert or extract analog audio into or out of a Digital Audio Network via Ethernet or Dante network. TASCAM's simple, rugged Dante analog converters feature on-board 32-bit ADCs and Class 1 HDIA (High-Definition Instrumentation Architecture) mic preamps, engineered to accommodate Dante in live audio environments.
