The AVP AR-B248E1-L-HN-E03 programmable Jackfield System features AVP's patented Morph Style Modules. They have been engineered for stellar performance in harsh environments and extensively used in studio and mobiles due to proven reliability and compact design. Its EDAC 3-pin terminations can withstand a 50 gravity vibration with no loss of continuity. In addition, the Morph System's short depth and light weight, allows installation in the tightest spaces.
For AES/EBU and analog circuits, the Bantam TT and Longframe jacks are rated at 30,000 cycles. Features of the rear-access programmable modules include, no dip switches, no ribbon cable and no excessive connectorization. Programming options include: Full Normals, Half Normals, No Normals, Bussed Grounds and Vertical Grounds.
The patchbay, available in 1RU, 1.5RU and 2RU incorporates AVP's patented Full-Face designation with CIS (Circuit Identification System). It allows color-coding of each circuit's normaling function and is available in 10 colors. The rear of the panel features easy access to normaling with a pivoting cable bar. Each jackfield is shipped with an EDAC crimp-pin mating connector kit, CIS Color-coding for Full Normals, Half Normals and No Normals, extra programming links, a programming guide and rack mounting hardware.
