Specifically designed by JVC for Connected Cam camcorders, the KAEN200G provides H.265 / HEVC compression live IP video stream that produces similar to H.264 or better image quality at half the bit rate. SRT and Zixi error correction provide undisrupted signal transmission across the globe even when using local public wireless services, greatly reducing the camcorder's operation cost and weight burden while maintaining HD-SDI signal quality. The KA-EN200G also enables video encoding with HLG or J-Log LUT as well.
Additionally when used in combination with the BR-DE900 decoder, the KAEN200G enables Connected Cam camcorders to produce 1080p60 10-bit 4:2:2 Video over IP utilizing public networks in any worldwide location and provide contribution quality 3G-SDI output for mission critical live streaming applications while consuming a fraction of the bandwidth required with H.264 compression.
