Blackmagic Cloud Store lets you share your media files globally, eliminating the high cost of collaborating with talented editors and colorists around the world! The Blackmagic Cloud Store is storage that syncs and shares media with Blackmagic Cloud. It even understands proxy workflows, so a whole timeline and its media can be shared in minutes. The internal memory core is so fast it can saturate the four 10G Ethernet ports to their theoretical maximum speed, even with multiple users connected. File access is very low latency, so responsiveness is fast. That why it's perfect for sharing media between editors, colorists, audio engineers and VFX artists!
Blackmagic Design Cloud Store Ultra 24TB is an extremely high-performance network storage solution in a compact 1RU design with server-style front-to-rear cooling. Cloud Store Ultra features 24TB capacity 12-card RAID 0 flash memory core, 2x 100G Ethernet ports, RAID 5 support for data protection, two redundant power supplies, USB-C and Blackmagic Cloud Sync for distributing files globally. It's fast, even with lots of simultaneous users all accessing files at the same time.
Designed for Film and Television
Blackmagic Cloud Store is the perfect network storage solution for any use! But it's perfect for film and television where large media files need to be shared between multiple users for editing, color correction, audio post and VFX work. It even handles massive 12K Blackmagic RAW digital cinema files! Each user gets zero latency and they don't need to store files on their local computer. It's the perfect solution for DaVinci Resolve! Blackmagic Cloud sync allows multiple disks to be synchronized in different locations globally. Then each location gets the fastest editing experience possible. That's critical for multicam editing where multiple media files are playing simultaneously!
The most exciting feature is the live HDMI monitoring output. The Blackmagic Cloud Store Max and Ultra models also have an SDI monitoring output. The storage map shows a graphic representation of the memory core in real time with reads and writes shown dynamically. There are also graphs that show data transfers on the Ethernet connections. The status of the media sync to the Blackmagic Cloud website is also shown. Errors are shown as well, including power supply status.
Please Note: 100G 2110 systems, such as Blackmagic Design's 100G products, use QSFP28 optical fiber Ethernet cables to carry 8+ channels of Ultra HD video over single-mode fiber. These systems feature redundant 100G Ethernet for SMPTE-2022-7 compliance, providing ultra-high speed connectivity.
