The Ocean Matrix OMX-HDMI-EPOE is a full 1080p HDMI extender featuring full EDID management and power over Ethernet (POE) for driving displays up to 100 feet with zero latency. The system's POE transmitter adds the convenient ability to send both AV signals and power to the receiver to the display end on a single cable.
Two key additional features of the OMX-HDMI-EPOE are its EDID management and IR control. The EDID assures the display will communicate its ability to the source device and show a properly formatted signal. The IR ports on the transmitter and receiver allow video source control over the Ethernet cable. Designed for CAT6/6A/7 cabled systems and includes a transmitter and receiver set.
