The Rycote InVision INV-6 Heavy is a microphone suspension system for short, small condenser mics. InVision shock mounts for Broadcast & Film provide unparalleled protection against shock, vibration, and handling noise for miniature, probe, hand-held, and shotgun microphones. Utilizing Rycote patented Lyre technology, these virtually unbreakable shock mounts are designed with an integral cable clamp, to isolate the microphone from cable and stand-borne noise. The mount is suitable for short condenser mics (maximum 120mm in length), and it supports a slip-on windshield. A heavier-grade version of the INV-6, featuring 82-Shore (19/25) Single Lyre which will support microphones in `run and gun' scenarios.
