The Studio Tech Model 209 Talent Console is a compact audio control center optimized for podcast, television studio, and REMI applications. (REMI) or "at home" is where broadcast content is captured live at a remote location, like a home studio, and production is performed at a main studio or facility. The Model 209 incorporates a high-performance microphone preamplifier with P48 power and robust stereo headphone output to support announcers and commentators where Dante audio-over-Ethernet technology is utilized. Features include main and talkback audio output channels, two audio input channels, general-purpose inputs (GPI), and 12 volts DC tally outputs. Configured using the STcontroller application and supports remote control using personal computer API. The unit requires an Ethernet connection with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) to supply both the data interface and power. Housed in a lightweight enclosure that's intended for mounting under a tabletop or other flat surface.
