The Audio-Technica ATW-DT3202DF2 is a rugged, handheld transmitter for use with the D50 digital UHF wireless system. The transmitter accepts a wide variety of additional capsules, including A-T's legendary Artist Elite ATW-C4100 cardioid dynamic, ATW-C6100 hypercardioid dynamic, ATW-C3300 and ATW-C5400 cardioid condensers as well as the ATW-C710 cardioid condenser and ATW-C510 cardioid dynamic. External control buttons and an OLED status display make the transmitter easy to use, and a special SideTrack function allows switching between multiple outputs - providing discrete live communications with fellow performers or audio engineers.
The transmitter is powered by a custom-designed lithium-ion battery, providing best-in-class battery life. The battery can be charged in the transmitter, using the ATW-CHG6 two-bay charging station, or can be removed from the transmitter and charged separately in the ATW-CHGA6 battery charger (ATW-CHG6 and ATW-CHGA6 sold separately).
