Built on the Dante Ultimo 2x2 engine, the KanexPro AUD-DTE-USBC 2-channel USB audio from laptops, smartphones, and tablets into full-resolution Dante network audio at sampling rates up to 96kHz/24-bit, while simultaneously accepting USB audio output at up to 192kHz/24-bit. A single RJ45 connection to a PoE-capable switch delivers both the Dante network stream and device power over the same cable - eliminating the need for a separate power supply in most installations.
Designed for conference rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and distributed audio systems, the AUD-DTE-USBC operates as a plug-and-play USB audio class 1.0/2.0 device, recognized natively by macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Dante Controller software manages routing, latency (1/2/5ms configurable), and AES67 interoperability - giving integrators full network audio control without touching the host device. The compact plastic enclosure includes integrated hook-and-loop mounting for concealed installation under tables, behind displays, or inside equipment enclosures.
