The Neutrik NC3MXX-B and NC3FXX-B XLR Connectors are the industry standard for reliability and high-performance, able to withstand the rigors of live sound and recording studio environments. They feature rugged zinc die-cast shells with a polyurethane boot that protects against cable bending stress. The male connectors have gold-plated contacts that ensure excellent conductivity and a stable, low-resistance connection while the female connectors have a unique cage design of the contacts to ensure low contact resistance and high signal integrity, and additional ground spring contacts for better shell ground continuity. The improved chuck-type strain relief provides a higher pull-out force for added reliability, while the enhanced locking mechanism removes weak points found in older designs.
