M400 SIP Opus Enc/Dec
The Barix M400 allows to establish a link between devices using standard SIP protocol in peer-to-peer mode or through a SIP server. The unit provides an Opus encoded stereo link with line audio input or output. It also supports USB sound devices. Other common VoIP codecs including G.711 and G.722 are supported. This makes the BARIX M400 SIP Opus Encoder/Decoder the ideal product for high quality audio distribution or contribution in a SIP based environment.
Thanks to the priority handler, the M400 can be configured to switch between sources according to on of five priority settings and therefore eliminates the need for an audio matrix device. The M400 is a solid metal device, compact and easily installed. It is connected to your amplifier, DSP or audio mixer via a stereo output on RCA connectors. The configuration of the device is done via the local web interface.
