Laird introduces the modern day camera cable designed to not only cover 12G-SDI video and 2-Channel audio transmission but also offer POE and PTZ functionality in one unified cable. The engineering staff at Laird worked closely with its partners at Belden to create the PTZ12GCMSNK snake. It combines a 4694R 12G-SDI RG6 coax channel for UHD video, a 3612 Gigabit Ethernet channel for POE/POE+/ 100BaseTX/RS-422 and a 9451 shielded 1-channel pair for audio runs. This is the ideal cable snake for PTZ cameras in modern day production use. Each assembly includes generous fanouts for ease of install. Cable connectors are broadcast quality models from Amphenol, Neutrik & Platinum Tools and each includes a protective boots for long lasting performance.
