The Clear-Com SB-704 main station is a four-channel microprocessor controlled Intercom Switchboard Main Station intended to work with other Clear-Com Encore party-line products.The SB-704 is designed for applications in which a person needs to communicate with up to four groups of people and be able to quickly assign a remote station to any of the four channels.The station features a ten-position slide switch matrix that allows assignment of any of the ten intercom lines to any of the four intercom channels, to an isolated separate party line, or to an off position.
The Clear-Com SB-704 includes a versatile switching matrix which allows up to ten different groups of stations to be assigned to any one of the four channels. The regulated power supply in the MS-704 (sold separately) and SB-704 provides power for the entire intercom system. The SB-704 Main Station is similar to the MS-704 main station except the speaker is replaced by a 10 x 4 assignment matrix panel. The assignment matrix panel allows you to choose any intercom station or group of stations connected to the ten inputs of the matrix and assign them to any one of the four intercom channels.
