SSF-SFP-RJ452POE-1G - Overview

Easily convert between fiber and Ethernet with the Cleerline SSF-SFP-RJ452POE-1G! The unit includes two RJ45 ports with one open SFP slot (SFPs sold separately). An external power supply with AC adapter is also included.

This Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T to 2x 100/1000Base-X non-managed stand-alone media converter provides PoE+ (30W PSE). The unit’s DIP switches provide flexibility in configuration. The SSF-SFP-RJ452POE-1G’s single SFP slot allows both Gigabit and Fast Ethernet operation. All SFP types are accepted, including multimode, single mode, CWDM, DWDM, or BiDi. BiDi allows bi-directional transmission over a single strand of fiber.

Fiber port speed, LFP function, or transparent or switching converter mode can be adjusted via DIP sw.

Power status, UTP and FX port speed and the link status of each port are indicated by LED lights.

The converter also provides Auto-Negotiation & Auto MDI/MDI-X.
